A clear, transparent process designed for clients based abroad.
01 · We listen
It starts with a conversation. We want to understand what you're really looking for: the kind of property, the region within Galicia, your budget, how you plan to use the home, and what matters most to you.
This isn't a sales call. If we don't think we're the right fit for what you need, we'll tell you honestly.
02 · We search and curate
We use our knowledge of the Galician property market to identify properties that genuinely match your brief. We visit them in person, assess renovation potential and legal status, and discard anything that doesn't hold up.
You only receive a shortlist of properties we would seriously consider ourselves.
03 · We design and manage
Once you've chosen a property, our architects take over the technical side: design, documentation and the permit process with local authorities.
Throughout construction, we supervise the works on-site and keep you closely updated on progress, with the same care as if it were our own project.
04 · We hand over the keys
When the work is complete, we walk through the finished home with you and answer every remaining question before handing over the keys.
From there, your home is ready to live in, rent out, or use as a base to explore the rest of Galicia.
