Four services, one project
Most clients use all four services as a single, connected process — but each one also stands on its own. If you've already found a property and only need architecture and permits, or you're searching for a home and want legal guidance along the way, we adapt to what you actually need.
For clients who prefer a fully integrated approach — design and construction managed together, under one team and one clear line of responsibility, similar to what is known in other European countries as Integrated Project Delivery — this is also something we offer.
